I have related concerns. I am 71 and go daily to a health club to work out. I use the hot tub and cold plunge for the aches and pains that come with age. Guys of all ages chat in the tubs.

I want to come out, but the challenge of doing so in a locker room is daunting. I might add I live in a very conservative right wing suburb. Nonetheless I am working on it looking for an opening under the right circumstances.
